Digital Asset Manager – Remote or Hybrid
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager to join the Advertising, Social Media & Creative Services team. This role will focus on auditing, organizing, and maintaining a centralized library of visual and production-related content, while recommending improved systems based on industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing asset discoverability, improving digital workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams with timely access to creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management (70%)
Audit internal content libraries across SharePoint and Dropbox, focusing on advertising and social media assets.
Recommend and implement improved asset organization structures.
Collaborate with the DAM team to upload, tag, and manage assets in the centralized Digital Library.
Serve as a liaison with external partners to ensure timely and secure asset delivery and storage.
Communication (30%)
Manage incoming asset requests from internal departments and agency partners.
Ensure the wider team understands where assets are stored and how to access them.
Support training and onboarding efforts to promote adherence to new organizational systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (IntelligenceBank preferred).
Familiarity with metadata tagging and keywording best practices.
Background in digital asset collection, archiving, and workflow design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud storage platforms (e.g., Dropbox, SharePoint).
Experience with project management tools.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
Empathy and patience when supporting non-technical end users.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Software account management experience.
Previous experience working with creative or marketing teams.
Knowledge of photo, video, or multimedia content production workflows.
Work Schedule & Location
Work Model: Remote or Hybrid (depending on candidate location and team needs)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time)

Employment Type: Contract
Rate Range: $60+
