Director, Recruitment

As the Director of Recruitment, Robert Schnitzlein comes with over 8 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry recruiting for both Full-Time and Contract Opportunities; Robert is responsible for the training and development of all of the new recruiters to the organization, as well as helping to recruit for many of the niche roles for our clients.  Robert enjoys being a mentor to his recruiters as well as seeing his junior recruiters develop and grow within the organization.  Also, he enjoys finding the right candidate the right position in which both the candidate and client are satisfied.  Prior to being promoted to Director of Recruitment, Robert worked on an RPO Basis with Allstate through Instant Technology where he was able to place 27 Full-Time IT Individuals in less than a years’ time frame.    Prior to joining Instant Technology, Robert recruiting for multiple Fortune 500 clients in helping to fulfill their IT talent needs.

Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelors in Marketing from Illinois State University.
